I tried removing the Sound Manager extension (I couldn’t find the Apple Audio Extension), but that didn’t help. I had the “no sound issue”, as described here,, and I was using the RedundantRobot MacOS 9 image. the path was /Users/user/BasiliskII/shared. As my Home directory is mounted under /Volumes, then I had to use the /Users/user path for the Share, placing the shared folder under the OSX’s /Users directory, i.e.In fact running 7.5.3 with an Old World ROM in SheepShaver is significantly faster, than running 9.0 with the NewWorld ROM BasiliskII seemed faster than SheepShaver, although that could be down to me running System 7.5.3 in the former and MacOS 9 in the latter.SheepShaver’s UI is much more intuitive and OSX-like with real browse dialogs.Sound did not work on SheepShaver (see below).Trackpad did not work at all, in Aperion, in BasiliskII, nor SheepShaver – although the mouse button did work, for fire. On Sheepshaver, two fingered scrolling merely changed the selected item in the Finder.
